Welcome to Green Wave Gardens!

We are an inland Washington organic farm providing fresh fruits and vegetables to local farmer's markets and restaurants. We specialize in a broad variety of garlic, but grow a diverse abundance of other produce as well. Check out our market schedule for a list of dates and times when you can pick out your own basket of goodness from Green Wave Gardens!

Farm Update

We are smack dab in the middle of our growing season...strawberries are gone, raspberries are on their way out, but tomatoes, peppers, beans and leeks are on their way in! We will soon have superb melons, including Charentais (perfumed French melons perfect for dessert and out of this world!). We have been harvesting cukes, summer squashes and onions since late July. And we have lots of beautiful & delicious carrots, beets and cabbages. Early apples are here. Garlic has been going to market for a few weeks now and we are selling out of some varieties of seed garlic. Nothing like fresh garlic, just cured. Of course, it gets even better as it ages a bit. We will have garlic until the very last market and can send culinary garlic all through winter months directly to you via US priority mail for only 7.50 shipping, any amount. As fall approaches, think about stocking up for winter with our potatoes, onions, garlic, winter squash, nuts, apples, pears, and root crops.

Our CSA's are full, so we will offer even more of them for next year, to pick up here at the farm or at the Spokane Farmer's Market on Wednesdays or Saturdays. If you want the best and first of our produce for a discounted price, and will consistently use produce each week, our CSA is the way to go. We offer either half share or full share and full season or late season, so you have options. If you are interested in next year's CSA, please contact us ASAP as our customers this year will have first grab, and others will want to arrange before the season even begins next year. You will not need to make a deposit until late winter 2011. Thanks so much for all your support!

The care of the earth is our most ancient and most worthy and, after all, our most pleasing responsibility. To cherish what remains in it, and to foster its renewal, is our only legitimate hope.
